In Persian, "to love" means "to have a friend" - so translated literally, "I love you" means "I have you as a friend".

Your human friend:

Tina Battleday

Combining over two decades of spirituality with ten years of study and research into human nature puts Tina in a uniquely holistic position to help heal body, mind and soul.

Tina holds Diplomas in Meridian Psychotherapy, Holistic Healing and Energy Anatomy of the Human Body, and as a Reiki Master, an Advanced Practitioner of EmoTrance (www.emotrance.com) and a Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (www.emofree.com), along with many other modalities, truly understands the symbiotic relationship between the physical and emotional.

Tina is gifted with the ability to "read" energy and transform this into pictures and words, giving an incredible insight to any situation.

Your non-human friends:

Jack Heart

Jack is Tina's primary helper. Without him her healing would not be as powerful and profound as it is.

She says, "You could think of him as the usher at a wedding - ensuring everyone is in the right place and is doing the right thing at the right time. He guides me and supports me, but most of all, he's my friend."

Your Other Healing Friends

One of the first steps in "The Process" (please see Your Healing) is to call upon the healing forces of the universe. If you have a certain faith you may think of these in terms of God, Buddha, Angels or healers from scripture. If you believe in the spirit world you might like to think of them as deceased healers such as Ghandi or Harry Edwards, or simply loved ones that have passed over. More scientific people may prefer to think of these forces in terms of quantum physics.

Either way, they join Tina in helping to bring about positive change and healing in your life. It's not important whether or not you believe, as these healing friends don't need your belief in order to work. All you need to be is open to the possibility that healing can be yours and the friends will do the rest.
